Organized by the Canadian Franchise Association (CFA), Franchise Awareness Day is a series of regional events that take place in major cities across Canada.
On Franchise Awareness Day, CFA organizes in-person meetings between CFA member franchisors and franchisees and their local politicians. Meetings are then followed by an evening cocktail reception, where politicians and their staff can network with franchise business leaders.
The goal of Franchise Awareness Day is to build bridges between franchise leaders and government to raise awareness about the importance of franchising in Canada.

By educating politicians and policymakers, this is the perfect opportunity to connect directly with Members of Provincial Parliament (MPPs) to educate them about the importance of the franchise business model and the issues impacting your business as a franchise owner.
We encourage you and your local franchisee to take part in meetings.
Following government meetings, please join us for our cocktail reception, where we will continue conversations with politicians and political decision-makers from across the province!
Please feel free to invite your entire team to join us at the reception.
If you are a CFA member franchisor or franchisee, we invite you to RSVP to attend meetings and the evening reception!
