Russo's New York Pizzeria

It started in the Russo Family Kitchen. Chef Russo grew up in New Jersey where the kitchen was the center of family life. There was always cooking and baking at home using ingredients from the family garden just as his Grandparents did back in Italy. When his family moved to Galveston, Texas, in 1978, his father opened Russo's Italian Restaurant and those experiences stuck with Anthony as he found his second home in the kitchen, learning recipes from relatives from Italy during the summer.
