The Role of the Franchise Member
You don’t have to be an experienced sign installer or graphic designer to become an Image360 owner. The primary role of a franchise member is to build and manage a business through networking, advertising and relationship building. The Image360 business model offers a true B2B opportunity with normal business hours – perfect for both individuals and families.
Our Image360 franchise members have varied backgrounds; from Fortune 500 companies to military veterans, all have shown the ability to successfully navigate in our Network.
Franchisee SupportInitial training and support: Your training starts with the New Operator Training class at Image360 University in Columbia, Maryland, United States. During this important session, you will learn the ins and outs of the Image360 business model, including: Financial, operational and business management.
Field support: Our Field Support Staff provides each owner with extensive signage industry experience and consultation in all areas of the business. Many are former franchise owners who have successfully operated a sign business. Our veteran franchise field support staff will work with new owners on virtually every facet of the business.
On-site training and support: In addition to your training class, we dedicate two weeks of personal consultation in your signage and graphics centre to help owners and staff success.
Networking opportunities: You’ll also have the opportunity to network with other Image360 franchise owners at our Convention and Vendor Expo, regional meetings, performance groups and other signage and graphics industry gatherings with key suppliers. These experiences offer our franchise members the opportunity to learn about the latest trends in the industry and within our own network, while sharing time and visual communications best practices with their peers.
Marketing Support: Image360 offers its members a robust and diverse array of marketing, advertising and promotional programs all designed to create maximum exposure, new order inquiries and improved customer communication. Through our Marketing360 program we assign a dedicated Marketing Consultant to work with each franchise member to manage and implement a tailored marketing plan based on local variables.
