Exhibitor Set Up

Friday October 4, from 10:00am to 5:00 pm.
*Vehicles on the showfloor must set up between 9:00am and 10:00am*
Exhibitor move out is Sunday, October 6 from 4:01 pm to 8:00 pm.

What is included?

8ft drape along the back
3ft’ side (removable)

Exhibitors also receive the following:

Wifi / Carpet / Furniture / Electrical?

  • Booth Package via CFA: table/linens/2 chairs
    Your contract will indicate if you’ve pre-ordered it.
  • Everything Else: Check your manual for Show Service links/forms. Discount Deadlines.

Booth height restrictions?

  • Keep the Booth Open and Inviting
  • Back max 10ft
  • Sidewall max 3ft
  • If it does, contact your coordinator for options

Food Sampling / Vehicle / Hire labour?

Please contact your show coordinator if you are using the following for a booth set up:

  • Sample Food
  • Vehicle
  • 3rd party set up company
  • Require Tools I.e. hammer/drill
  • Installation of TV/Computer screens or hard walls

Is there security on the show floor?

Show security will be on duty 24 hr from move in to move out. Avoid leaving valuables in your booth.

When and where do I ship my show materials?

Keep it simple. Always put your company and Franchise Show on the label:

Morning coffee, tea, and a light lunch are provided in the Exhibitor Lounge.
