Tylan Tough seeks to reshape the real estate landscape in the northern Ontario district. Stretching from North Bay to Kirkland lake, she’s got her work cut out for her, but she is ready for it!
November 1, 2017 – Tylan Tough is bringing PropertyGuys.com to North Bay, Ontario as the newest franchisee in the company’s growing lineup of locations from coast-to-coast. Tough is in fact one of the youngest franchise owners in PropertyGuys.com history. Following in the footsteps of some of their top performing franchisees who started early in their career, such as Nova Scotia’s, Mallory Whitty.
The PropertyGuys.com franchise growth team saw huge potential in Tough who embodies many of the qualities they look for in new franchisees. “Don’t let her age fool you, at the ripe age of 23, Tylan is poised to take the real estate market in North Bay by storm. She has a customer-first mindset which a lot of people in the real estate industry simply don’t have, and we know that will be to her advantage” said Mike Shanks, Franchise Growth Manager for PropertyGuys.com.
A career in real estate had been something that Tylan had always pondered, but something about the traditional real estate industry just didn’t feel right. “I had done a lot of research on joining the real estate industry as an agent, but when I found out about the PropertyGuys.com model, something just clicked,” she explained. “It seemed like a much more modern and customer-centric approach to real estate. Sellers shouldn’t have to sacrifice the expertise they need nor should they have to pay outrageous commission rates when they sell,” she added.
Tylan has hit the ground running after attending PropertyGuys.com’s corporate training program at its Home Office in Moncton, NB. The training program is designed to give new franchisees all of the tools and support they need to be successful and bring the PropertyGuys.com brand and system to their local market.
“It was really inspiring to spend a week at Home Office surrounded by a group of new franchisees and corporate staff who are just as passionate, excited, and driven as I am!” she said. “They really set you up for success and gave me everything I need to get started building up my local franchise,” she added.
Tylan and her fiance, Jeremy, started operations in October and have seen early success in their local market. Look out, North Bay real estate – disruption is coming!
