The restaurant serving made-to-order breakfast, brunch and lunch is open 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., seven days a week. The newest 3,700-square-foot eatery is located at 535 Portland Street in the Penhorn Plaza. Menu items include the traditional omelettes, pancakes, sandwiches as well as specialty items: quinoa & veggie skillet, smoothie bowls, avocado toasts, smoked salmon eggs Benedict and crave able-delights like red velvet pancakes. “We are so blessed to be receiving such positivity from the communities in which we are opening our stores.
