A 501c3 non-profit organization, the primary mission of MaidPro Cares is to make a difference in the lives of orphaned and high-risk children in underfunded children’s homes around the world. To learn more about MaidPro Cares, visit

MaidPro brand manager, Madeline Park, was interviewed for the Globe article, as were several representatives of other companies on the Globe’s Top Places to Work for 2018 list. Park told the magazine that “sensitivity” is required when asking workers to do charitable work on behalf of their organizations, and also that companies must sometimes be willing to compensate workers for their time spent on volunteer activities.

In November 2018, MaidPro Franchise Corp. was named a Top Place to Work for 2018 by the Boston Globe. The list recognizes those companies that go above and beyond for their employees and is based on surveys completed by employees of companies throughout the state.
