Dwyer Group Welcomes Cary Fairless as President of Rainbow International

WACO, Texas – Dwyer Franchising, LLC (“Dwyer Group”), one of the world’s largest franchising companies of trade service brands, has hired Cary Fairless as the new president of Rainbow International.

Established in 1981, Rainbow International was the first brand that launched Dwyer Group and for more than 35 years, Rainbow has been the premier choice in restoration and cleaning services. In his new role, Fairless will be responsible for the overall leadership and growth of the brand including sales and operational support.

“I started out as a Rainbow International franchise owner more than three decades ago and have since seen the brand grow to nearly 400 locations,” said Mike Bidwell, Dwyer Group President and CEO. “So, Cary joins the organization at an exciting time as the Rainbow network advances to next level. He will be an integral part in continuing Rainbow’s excellence and the brand’s commitment to providing customers with the most professional and efficient residential and commercial restoration, reconstruction, mold removal and cleaning services.”

Fairless brings operations experience at the corporate and small business level to the role in addition to leadership and team building expertise over the past three decades.  Before joining Rainbow, he was Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Jadon Enterprises, LLC, where he managed the company’s developmental planning, construction and build-outs of Mellow Mushroom Pizza’s franchise locations in Memphis, Tenn.

Prior to Jadon, Fairless served as Chief Operating Officer of AmeriSpec Inspection Services, where he led ServiceMaster’s home inspection franchise company, which represented over 250 franchise owners in Canada and the U.S.

“I am thrilled to join the amazing team at Rainbow,” Fairless said. “I understand and admire the energy and drive that it requires to be a small business owner, and I am confident that we can continue to build Rainbow as the nation’s top restoration, cleaning, and reconstruction company.”

Fairless holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Tennessee at Martin as well as an MBA from the University of Alabama. Fairless and his wife lived in Memphis for more than 30 years, and are now relocating to Waco, Texas.
