Osoyoos, BC (January 26, 2018) – CENTURY 21 Premier Properties Ltd. started the New Year by opening their doors for business in Osoyoos, British Columbia. The franchise is a partnership between Ken Davreux, Payam Sanai, and Wendy Brisebois. The three are excited to launch their business in the Okanagan Valley.
Davreux says, “When we decided to buy a franchise, we did our research into several brands. CENTURY 21 proved it is a company on the move— between the tools, technology and training available to agents and the recent Canadian Management Academy training in Toronto, what they offer is unparalleled.”
Davreux has been involved in the real estate business most of his life through property management and transitioned into sales in 2006. It was through that work he met Payam who is a managing broker. The two realized that they, along with Brisebois, would make an excellent professional team.

The Main Street office was previously a florist shop, but has been fully renovated into a real estate office. The group launched with three agents, but have room to expand to seven, which they hope to do by the end of 2018. They also have future expansion plans in the Okanagan Valley.
“This is our home, and I think it’s the most beautiful place on the planet,” says Ken Davreux. “We are looking forward to helping homeowners find their dream homes in our version of paradise. We also want to build a vibrant and positive office where agents support each other.”
