All entrants receive:
- Results report of their system
- All participating franchisors will receive a report comparing the
franchisor's opinion of how the system is performing to the
franchisees' opinions (aggregate) on the same areas of operation (if 20 percent of the systems franchisees complete the survey). Many
participating systems use this information at their annual convention.
