August 17, 2011 Introduced in June of 2010, Bill 168 placed new obligations on Ontario employers, extending the definition of workplace harassment. As part of the bill, employers are required to reduce all risks in their working environment, including any form of harassment. Many employers do not realize that workplace violence is not covered under Commercial General Liability policies.
