CFA Awards Program - Franchisee Survey

Thank you for your interest in participating in the CFA Awards Program.

The CFA Awards Program survey is exclusive to CFA member franchise systems. There are two surveys: one for the franchisor and one for franchisees. The franchisor is required to complete the survey for their franchise brand(s) before their franchisees can begin the survey process.

Franchisees of CFA member franchise systems do not need to request a survey. Once their franchisor has completed the franchisor suvey, franchisees will receive a unique link to the franchisee survey directly from our survey partner, InfoFeedback.

While every CFA member franchise system is invited to participate in this survey, not every franchise system may choose to do so. Franchisors will typically alert their franchisees that they have chosen to participate in the survey and to expect an e-mail with their unique to the franchisee survey.
