Are there any costs for this program?

No Costs to Participate
The CFA Award of Excellence in Franchising is open exclusively to CFA member franchise systems and there is no cost to enter. This is a benefit of your CFA membership.

Cost for the report
The report comparing your own assessment to the aggregate of your franchisees who responded is available for a modest fee.

If you order the report at the time of completing the questionnaire AND remit payment within 30 days of the invoice	$275 (plus tax)
If you order any other time on or before April 16, 2012	$350 (plus tax)
After April 16, 2012	$499 (plus tax)

Ordering a report
You have two options:

When you complete your survey, the final question allows you to order a copy of the report. InfoFeedback, our survey partner, will advise us if you have ordered a report. YOU GET THE BEST PRICE when you order at the same time you complete the survey.

You will be invoiced at the time you place your order.
