As a member of the senior management team, you will report directly to the new C.E.O. and be the active ingredient in its growth plans. Your mandate is results: to attract new franchisee prospects to the company’s proven business model and identify prime sites for Mr. Lube locations. Based in your location of choice (Toronto or Vancouver), you will, identify new franchisees, lead your teams through the process of negotiating for prime sites and oversee construction project management. Focus your energy on areas underserved by Mr. Lube as you fill the company’s pipeline with qualified and motivated owner/operators who can appreciate the return on their investment.
Through your experience in franchising and commercial/industrial real estate, you have a true appreciation and understanding of entrepreneurial spirit. An exceptional relationship builder with contacts across the country, you are driven to succeed because you know that your franchisees will excel.
