To be recognized as the national voice of franchising in Canada.

Mission


To promote excellence and growth in franchising while serving the interests of our members and stakeholders.

Commitment to the Vision and Mission will be accomplished through the continual emphasis on completing the Strategic Plan and revising the Plan to adapt to the changing needs of the members and stakeholders of the industry.

Our Strategies include:

  1. To provide an infrastructure that optimizes the strategic capacity of the CFA to fulfill its vision and mission.
  2. To enhance the CFA's offering of unique and relevant benefits to exceed member expectations.
  3. To strengthen the CFA's credibility and maximize the Associations influence in order to drive the positive perception of franchising.
  4. To ensure financial stability to fulfill the successful achievement of the CFA's strategies, goals and objectives.

With almost 500 corporate members nation-wide, representing many of Canada's best-known brands, the Canadian Franchise Association is the national voice of franchising in Canada and works with all levels of government to ensure the development of industry-made solutions. The CFA promotes excellence in franchising and educates Canadians about franchising, specific franchise opportunities and proper due diligence through its many events, programs and publications.
